We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, and all orders within the United States are eligible for free shipping. 2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship our products within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. When placing an order, please ensure that your shipping address is within the United States. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, and such orders may be subject to delays or additional charges to correct the address.

3. Order Processing Time

Once you place an order on our website, our team will begin processing it as soon as possible. Most orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days. However, during peak seasons (such as holidays), promotional events, or in case of high order volumes, processing times may be extended up to 3 – 5 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order has been dispatched.

Shipping times vary depending on your location within the United States and the shipping method selected (even though all orders are free, carriers may have different transit times). The following are estimated shipping times:

 

  • Standard Shipping: For most locations, standard shipping typically takes 3 – 7 business days after your order has been dispatched. Some remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
  • Expedited Shipping: If available for your order, expedited shipping can reduce the transit time to 1 – 3 business days. Please note that expedited shipping options may not be available for all products or to all locations.

 

These are only estimates, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather conditions, carrier – specific delays, or customs issues (in case of items subject to inspection) may cause additional delays.

5. Shipping Fees

As mentioned, we offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no additional charges for standard shipping services. However, if you choose an expedited shipping option (when available), additional fees may apply, and these fees will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the website of our shipping carrier partner to monitor the progress of your delivery.
